All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please call and email us to confirm receipt of cancellation.
No refunds will be granted if the request is received within 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
If a written cancellation request is not received within 14 or more business days prior to the event, the client will be liable for the entirety of the order fee, regardless of pickup or absence.

A 75% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received
14 business days prior to the scheduled event.
​
A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received
between 21 and 30 business days prior to the scheduled event.
​
To secure order, all fees must be paid no later than 14 business days prior to the scheduled event.
Any unpaid fees after such time will result in the order being automatically canceled.

Deposits made to hold date(s) are nonrefundable.
​
Any cancellation request received fewer than 10 business days prior to a scheduled event due to
an extenuating circumstances will be reviewed by management/leadership.
​
If the event is canceled by KRC, the client may be extended a full refund (100%).
